The staff was helpful and friendly, always ready to assist. the apartment was clean and spacious, with new furniture and a pleasant smell. the location was convenient, with shopping malls, downtown, and a pharmacy nearby. the presence of security throughout the facility was a reassuring factor for safety.

There were inconsistencies with the amenities. Some apartments did not have AC in all rooms, which can be uncomfortable during hot weather.

We stayed at Avangart Residence for about 2 weeks and were truly satisfied with the service, staff, and apartment. The location is very convenient, with shopping malls and downtown nearby, plus a pharmacy for convenience. The rooms were exceptionally clean and accessible for disabled individuals. The staff went above and beyond to assist my sister, providing a shower chair and showing their thoughtfulness. The location of this apartment complex is fantastic, with a convenient location next to Vadinstanbul. It is quite popular amongst locals, celebrities, and tourists alike. You'll find lots of nice restaurants with a wide variety of cuisines, as well as a shopping mall within walking distance. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and comfortable, making them the perfect alternative to a hotel. The host of the complex is incredibly accommodating and helpful, checking in with you throughout your stay to ensure your comfort. this place is a must for couples and families, and I highly recommend it.

My recent stay at Avangart Residence By Newinn was great. The location was fantastic, just a short 5-minute walk to Vadistanbul. The area was classy and the residence was very quiet. I really liked it.

Convenient location near popular area with great restaurants and shopping mall. Spacious, modern and comfortable apartments. Friendly and helpful staff including Murat and Hamza who provide excellent service. Good security, playground, wifi, and TV amenities.
